APT have worked with one of the UK’s largest Benevolent Funds to develop specialist facilities for this market sector.
Included in the software are facilities to record subscription payments deducted from pay as well as cheque, cash, credit card and Direct Debits. Where applicable comprehensive eligibility rules can be set up to determine and immediately display whether a member qualifies for a benefit. These can be based on previous payment history where this is relevant to their eligibility.
Processing of benefits includes facilities to make regular or one off payments, to record time in a convalescent and other non financial benefits.
Options are also provided for the processing of loan items, including options to record stock, to block items out for servicing and to record serial numbers of individual loan items.
